badne ke baad bhi trains nahi badh rahi hai. Isse logon ko apna destination tak pahunchne mein problem ho rahi hai. Is situation ko dekhte hue, Eastern Railway ne ek naya step liya hai. Desh ki sabse busy railway zone mein, 4 division mein trains ki chal chal ko smooth karne ke liye 143 points pe machine badal di gayi hai. Train jo track badalti hai, uss jagah ko point bola jata hai. Ab uss jagah ko modern banaya ja raha hai, jisse long distance trains aur dusre trains jaldi se track change kar sake. Iske liye automatic system laga diya gaya hai. Isse yeh bhi pata chala hai ki 4 division mein 143 purane points ko badal diya gaya hai, aur jahaan pe modern technology ke points lagaaye gaye hai. Saath mein 110 km line ki signaling wire bhi badal di gayi hai. Jahan pe 4 points badal diye gaye hai, woh hai Asansol division mein 18, Howrah division mein 18, Malda division mein 1, aur Sealdah division mein 6. Railway authorities ne bataya hai ki isme modern technology ka sahara liya gaya hai. Isse train service ka standard pehle se better hone wala hai. Yeh decision sirf Bengal mein nahi hai, balki desh ki bahut si jagah pe bhi aise points badal diye ja rahe hai. Isse ummeed hai ki daily commuters ko thodi relief milegi.
