New Delhi. Singh, a 1988 batch officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), holds an engineering degree in Electrical from IIT Roorkee. He has served in various roles across different railway zones including South East Central Railway, North Central Railway, North Western Railway, and Northern Railway. He has also held positions like Director (Computerization & Information System) in the Railway Board and General Manager in CRIS, New Delhi. Additionally, he has served as the Principal Chief Operations Manager (PCOM) in South East Central Railway.
