mein bolte hue, kahta hai ki usne yeh issue baar-baar report kiya tha lekin koi sunwaya nahin. Vikas Singh ka kehna hai ki yeh negligence unche officials ke pressure ki wajah se tha aur woh keyman ko sach bolne ke liye kahata hai aur union ka support dene ka vachan deta hai. Is audio ne ek bahas chheda hai, experts ne garmi ke karan track mein expansion ko accident ka ek possible cause bataya hai. Lekin, Northeast Railway ne koi bhi negligence se inkaar kiya hai aur audio ki sahiyat ki verification abhi tak nahin ho payi hai.
