Samastipur division will have 32 ROBs and 10 RUBs under construction. Currently, 15 ROBs and 55 RUBs are operational in Sonpur, and 20 ROBs and 61 RUBs are operational in Samastipur. Construction of ROBs in Dhanbad, Pt. DD Upadhyaya (Mughalsarai), and Danapur is complete, and traffic has begun. The ECR has a total of 244 operational ROBs and 383 operational RUBs across its jurisdiction.
