Additionally, the production of three-phase locos with improved crew-friendly features has significantly increased from 719 before 2014 to 7,286 by 2024. Ministry ne loco running crew ke working conditions mein suधार ka bhi zikr kiya hai, jisme 2017-18 se sabhi new locos mein air-conditioned cabins diya gaya hai, aur ab tak 7,000 se zyada locos mein AC lag chuka hai. Iske saath hi, crew-friendly features waale three-phase locos ki production mein bhi badhavat aayi hai, jo 2014 se pehle 719 se badhkar 2024 tak 7,286 ho gayi hai. Sabhi new locos mein vigilance control devices bhi lagaye ja rahe hain, jo loco pilots ki alertness ko monitor karta hai aur safety ko badhata hai. Simulator-based training bhi badhaaya gaya hai, jisse loco pilots ke driving skills aur reaction time mein sudhar aayega.
