With this electrification, the Delhi division has achieved 100% electrification, enabling seamless movement of electric trains across the division. This has resulted in increased average speed and sectional capacity. Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off a train on this line on February 16th via video conferencing. The doubling of the Rohtak-Bhiwani railway line will begin soon, further enhancing train speeds on this route. Union Minister of State for Power and Heavy Industries, Krishan Pal Gurjar, was the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony for the new train.
