they are charged a 15-20% premium for these delayed special trains. The delays are attributed to prioritizing regular trains over special trains, resulting in special trains being held at stations and their punctuality dipping below 50%. Consequently, passengers opt for regular trains, even if it means paying extra for tatkal (last-minute) or premium tickets. The operating department is neglecting these special trains, leading to delays of up to 22-24 hours, with some trains like the 03418 Malda Town Special being delayed by 23-24 hours and the 01666 Kar train delayed by 11 hours. These delays lead to passenger frustration and empty seats on the special trains.

Is wajah se, yaatri normal trains me hi reservation karne ki koshish karte hain, bhale hi unhe tatkal ya premium kiraya dena pade. Operating department in special trains ko ignore kar raha hai, jisse yeh trains 22-24 ghante tak late ho jaati hain. Jaise ki 03418 Malda Town Special train 23-24 ghante late chal rahi hai, aur 01666 Kar train 11 ghante late hai. Is wajah se yaatri bahut pareshan ho rahe hain aur special trains ki seats khali ja rahi hain.
