Why are some trains not showing in the IRCTC online system before 120 days? for example, coromandel express is unavailable in the list for dec 01/ nov 30 etc

from 12 sep coach composition will change of coromandel exp. But is this the original reason for not getting tickets of 30 nov!
From 12th September the total coach composition is changing and from November month two ac three tier will be replaced by two general second class
Same aisa hi Central Railways ki bhi kuchh trains k saath hua hai like 11056 Godan express, 12168 Banaras express, 11072 Kamayani express in sab trains ka 1 December ka ticket booking nhi hua..

IR has opted this policy of increasing general coaches in all mail/express or superfast category express trains(800 trains name given in the list primarily) on observing the overcrowding of the waiting list and unauthorized peoples in all trains. Obviously it's an excellent move by IR and much more required.
