During the inspection, Itiyeria reviewed safety systems such as braking mechanisms and center buffer coupling (CBC). She enquired about the conventional air brake system and the BMB (Bogie Mounted Brake System). She also examined the air brake system in the bogie shop, focusing on modifications made to the braking system and the escort BMB system. Itiyeria observed the wheel shop, noting the wheel and box N wagon door operations, and reviewed yard inspection processes. In the Electric Loco Shed, she examined traction motor rotor grouting tests, the process of inspecting total load converters powering the train coaches, and the metallurgy laboratory for examining coolant, oil, rubber equipment, and grease used in electric loco operations. The visit also included an inspection of the drop pit, where parts like wheels, motors, and transformers are replaced, along with a discussion about the time and manpower required for these tasks. Itiyeria interacted with female employees in both the PP Yard and Electric Loco Shed, learning about their technical roles. She inquired about their work challenges and the facilities provided. To accommodate female staff, Itiyeria inaugurated a ladies' room at the Electric Loco Shed. The visit concluded with a tree planting initiative for environmental protection and detailed discussions on various aspects of the division with officials from the Raipur Railway Division's PP Yard and Electric Loco Shed.
