resolve ho jayenge, par passengers complain kar rahe hain ki transparency ka kami hai aur inconvenience ho raha hai, khaas karke students aur families ko jo festivals mein travel kar rahe hain. High Court ne Railway se question kiya hai ki kya woh freight ko passenger trains se zyada importance de rahe hain, aur yeh bhi highlighted kiya ki aise disruption ka potential hai crucial periods mein. Railway apne actions defend kar raha hai, infrastructure development ka reason dekar aur yeh highlight karke ki state mein passenger trains ki number badh gayi hai. Cancelled hone ke baad bhi, Railway delayed ya cancelled trains ke liye full refund deta hai, par online reservation pe convenience fee, jo aap pay karte hain, woh refund nahi hota.
