The approval of Phase 3 of the Bengaluru Metro Rail Project is expected to significantly increase property prices in certain areas, particularly around the new metro lines. is separate from the usual inflation-driven appreciation. The new metro lines are scheduled to be operational by 2029 and will enhance connectivity between the city's western peripheries, the Outer Ring Road, and key localities in the Secondary Business District. Areas like JP Nagar, Hebbal, and Kempapura, which have already experienced significant development and price appreciation, are expected to see further increases. While these areas may face land availability challenges, localities in West Bengaluru such as Peenya, Sumanahalli, and Hosahalli still offer opportunities for development. Experts also predict that areas around metro stations, especially at key intersections, will attract new commercial developments, further boosting property prices.

Bengaluru Metro Rail Project ke Phase 3 ko approval milne ke baad, kuchh specific areas mein property prices mein 30% se zyada ki badhotari hone ki umeed hai. Real Estate experts ka kehna hai ki announcement ke baad 10% ki immediate price increase aayegi aur medium term mein alag se 20%...

ki badhotari hogi. Ye badhotari inflation ke wajah se hone wali annual appreciation se alag hai. Naye metro lines 2029 tak operational hone wale hain aur ye city ke western peripheries, Outer Ring Road aur Secondary Business District ke kuchh key localities ko connect karenge. JP Nagar, Hebbal, aur Kempapura jaise areas mein pehle se hi kaafi development aur price appreciation ho chuka hai aur aage bhi increase ki umeed hai. Iske saath hi West Bengaluru ke Peenya, Sumanahalli aur Hosahalli jaise areas mein abhi bhi development ke liye opportunities hain. Experts ka kehna hai ki metro stations ke aas-paas, khass kar key intersections pe, new commercial development aane se property prices aur badhenge.
