80,000 railway workers are eligible to vote. To gain recognition, a union needs to secure at least 35% of the votes. The ECRM union has accused the UPS of spreading misinformation and falsely blaming their union and federation. They believe that the new pay structure is better than the old one, with the government assuring further discussions to address any remaining issues. The ECRM union will continue to fight for the welfare of railway workers through protests and negotiations. They have urged all railway employees to support the ECRKU by casting their votes for them in the upcoming election.

ECRM union ne UPS pe galat jaankari failaane ka ilzaam lagaaya hai aur unke union aur federation ko galat tarah se blame kiya hai. Unka maanana hai ki naya pay structure purane se achcha hai, aur government ne baaki issues ko solve karne ke liye baat cheet ka assurance diya hai. ECRM union protests aur negotiations ke through railway workers ke welfare ke liye ladna jaari rakhenge. Unhone sabhi railway employees se apna vote ECRKU ko dekar unhe recognition dilane ka aagrah kiya hai.
