The General Manager had previously stated that the Pathancoat-Joginder Nagar railway line was closed due to the risk of landslides caused by rainfall and that services would resume after the rains subsided. He also hinted at the possibility of introducing a toy train between Bajnath and Joginder Nagar. Railway officials anticipate the train service to resume during the auspicious occasion of Navratri.
