and their police forces, as well as the involvement of the Railway Protection Force. He emphasized the commitment to take strict action against perpetrators and ensure such incidents are not repeated. The NIA, while not officially registering a case, is informally looking into the matter, assisting local authorities in investigating potential conspiracies. Recent incidents include a gas cylinder spotted on the track near Prayagraj on September 22, a damaged cylinder and Molotov cocktail found on the track of the Kalindi Express on September 15, and track damage in Surat on September 21. Local police have arrested three railway employees for allegedly conspiring to derail a train.

Recent incidents mein Prayagraj ke paas track pe September 22 ko gas cylinder dekha gaya, September 15 ko Kalindi Express ke track pe damaged cylinder aur Molotov cocktail mila, aur September 21 ko Surat mein track damage hua.
