The ticket validity is for three hours after booking, after which it can be used for the first train within four hours. The ticket cannot be refunded or transferred. Payment options include R-wallet, UPI, debit/credit card, and net banking. R-wallet users get a 3% bonus on recharge until August 24, 2025. The online booking eliminates queuing, saves time, and offers security against theft and pickpocketing.

kahi se bhi kisi bhi station ka general ticket book kar sakenge. Aap 50 km ki duri ki seema bhi hata di gayi hai, ab aap kahi se bhi kisi bhi station ka ticket book kar sakte hain. Monthly season ticket renewal, paperless/paper general ticket booking for various train types, aur 3 ghante ke andar train ki information bhi available hai. Ticket 3 ghante ke andar valid hai, uske baad 4 ghante ke andar chalne wali pahli train mein use kar sakte hain. Ticket refund ya transfer nahi ho sakta. Payment R-wallet, UPI, debit/credit card, aur net banking se kar sakte hain. R-wallet use karne par 3% bonus bhi milega, yeh offer 24 August 2025 tak valid hai. Online booking se counter par line lagane ki jarurat nahi padegi, time bachta hai, aur theft aur pickpocketing se suraksha bhi milti hai.
