Memorandum me yeh bataya gaya hai ki barricades lagne se pehle koi bhi preparatory work nahin kiya gaya, jiske karan Infopark aur Kakkanad ke aur locations jaane waale vehicles ke liye traffic conditions aur bhi kharab ho gayi hai.
