110 km/h to 160 km/h. These trains currently run on ICF coaches which are older and less modern. The Eastern Railway Izzatnagar Division has initiated the process of replacing the old ICF coaches with LHB coaches in these three trains. LHB coaches were first introduced in 1999 and have been widely used in high-speed trains like Rajdhani and Shatabdi Express. They are known for their high speed, greater passenger comfort, and increased safety during accidents. The revenue generated from Kathgodam railway station has reached ₹44 crores annually, while Haldwani, Lalkuan, Kashipur, and Rudrapur stations generate ₹16 crores, ₹10 crores, and ₹15 crores annually, respectively. The Indian Railways is committed to modernizing its infrastructure and providing better facilities for its passengers.
