does a PRS counter available at a station guarantee that TATKAL ticket will be booked there and that too at 10 am sharp ??
ya bt usually u wont get the 1st ticket !!

Many agent utilize small station for the same purpose!!

hmm..then how can i find out the information about a particular station whether the ticket window opens at 8 or 10 or not ..coz i have seen local station ticket window not opening at 8 am ..for example hafeezpet at 8 am ..
Now buddy, what i can say about it? U should speak to the concerned Station personal about the same & if required, pre-inform about ur proposed day when u need them for ur booking..it may help!!
