Let me tell you that No matter if the Zone is Formed, still a Divisional Zone cannot do anything big, as each Development, Construction and all( Each and Every) Issues Including Development of Passenger Amenities at Station, Proposal of new train, stoppages, new lines etc etc etc raised by the Divisional office, WILL HAVE TO GET NOD FOR THEM FROM HEADQUARTERS OFFICE of the divisional Zone.

GR will be 4th division, under swr, not cr

This I am saying is as per Experience, you are saying for Gulbarga. I have been living in Indore since 25 years, and my Uncle, who works in DRM office, Ratlam. Do you know, in WR, till today, Ratlam Division and Vadodara Division have been making over 100 of proposals, which are Not being approved by HQ, Churchgate, straightaway the employees say this. Ratlam Division and Vadodara Division are like Mr. India for WR, which do not exist only. Their only works are TRACK RENEWALS and Staff Maintainence.
From years we also have been demanding for more attention towards Ratlam Division by WR. But as usual, Dog's tail cannot be straightened.

Sir, at the end of the day what matters is, do we get what we want! You have been staying in Indore from 25 years and you have already seen that nothing much has changed. Then how many more years would be like to wait and see if WR gives ears to your queries? If your proposals are not reaching to IR, there is no chance Indore is going to get anything..... Now is the time to intensify your efforts to come out of WR...
This is not new that HQ in one state is partial towards divisions in other states. VSKP in ECoR, MAQ in PGT/SR, GR in SUR/CR, TVC in SR, RTM/BRC in WR....
