Haryana Chief Minister ML Khattar expressed gratitude for the new Metro service, which he believes will enhance connectivity and progress for Faridabad. He also announced the upcoming connection of Gurgaon to Faridabad by Metro. Separately, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) won the bid for the civil construction work of Package AGCC-07 for the Agra Metro Line 2, which connects Agra Cantonment to Kalindi Vihar through 14 elevated stations, including an interchange station at Agra College. The project is expected to be financed by a €450 million loan from the European Investment Bank.

Haryana ke Chief Minister ML Khattar ne Prime Minister ko is Metro service ke liye 'gift' dene ke liye thank you kaha. Unhone yeh bhi announce kiya ki Gurgaon ko Faridabad se Metro se connect kiya jaayega. Alag se, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) ne Agra Metro Line 2 ke Package AGCC-07 ke civil construction work ke liye bid jeet li hai. Yeh line Agra Cantonment ko Kalindi Vihar se connect karegi aur ismein 14 elevated stations honge. Agra College mein interchange station bhi hoga. Is project ko European Investment Bank se €450 million ka loan milega.
