staff have been on strike since September 9th, refusing to clean trains at the Pune division's three washing centers. The division has temporarily hired workers from another agency to clean the trains. The strike was triggered by the contractors' failure to meet the minimum wage requirements for the cleaning staff. The contractors were given a total of 14 days to respond, with the first 7 days as a performance notice followed by another 7-day notice.

pass 7 din ka samay hai ki woh notice ka jawab dein. Cleaning staff 9 September se strike pe hai, aur woh Pune division ke teeno washing centers mein trains ko saaf nahin kar rahe hain. Division ne temporary basis pe ek dusre contracting agency se workers ko hire kiya hai, taaki trains saaf ho sakein. Strike ki wajah yeh hai ki contractors cleaning staff ke minimum wage requirements ko nahin fulfill kar rahe hain. Contractors ko total 14 din ka samay diya gaya tha, jisme pehle 7 din performance notice ke liye the aur baad ke 7 din notice ke liye.
