wala officers ki kami dikh rahi hai. Isse IRMS ke probationers ko bohot tension hai, unko lag raha hai ki unka career limited ho jaayega. Woh bolte hain ki unme technical skills hain, aur proper training ke saath woh technical tasks kar sakte hain. Serving officials bhi technical expertise ki kami aur usse railway operations aur safety pe padne wala impact ke baare me tension me hain. Ye merger confusion aur clarity ki kami se bhara hua hai, aur kaafi initiatives rollback kar diye gaye hain. Isse recruitment me bohot backlog aa gaya hai, aur technical staff ki kami hai, jo railway operations aur safety ko affect kar raha hai. Demerge ka plan abhi bhi under consideration hai, aur aakhir me PMO decide karega.
