part of a Rs 1,125.92 crore contract and were initially expected in August, but delays in procuring components pushed back the delivery. The train will first be tested on the Poonamallee-Porur stretch of Corridor 4, with full operations expected by late next year. Alstom previously supplied metro cars for Phase I of Chennai Metro's network in 2010.

jismein har train mein teen car honge. Yeh trains 26 kilometer ke corridor par operate karenge, jo Poonamallee Bypass ko Light House se connect karta hai, aur ismein total 28 stations honge, jismein se 18 elevated aur 10 underground honge.
