(47kms) aur Sonepur se Jharmunda tak (28.765kms) ka section already chal raha hai. Sonepur se Purunakatak tak ka 73kms wala section next few months mein complete hone wala hai. Railway ke liye yeh project bahut important hai aur Ministry of Railways ispe close eye rakh raha hai. Project ko jaldi complete karne ke liye, dono taraf se construction chal raha hai. Is project ka maqsad remote areas ko connect karna aur connectivity improve karna hai.
