No 37542, Bandel-Naihati local. It features improved surveillance and communication systems, stainless steel coach and passenger seats, fire detection, and a regenerative braking system that saves energy. The rake also includes pantograph cameras, cab cameras, front cameras, side cameras, and a CCTV monitor for real-time fault diagnosis. The introduction of the rake is a pilot project with plans to expand the fleet and introduce similar rakes on other routes.
