The Indore Metro project has successfully launched a giant steel girder over the MR-10 railway crossing. The girder was placed with the help of two cranes as concrete is not permitted on railway lines. Once the girder is in place, slabs will be laid on top to create the track bed....

The Indore Development Authority has also constructed an 8-lane overbridge over the crossing. This solution was chosen as the Metro line passes through the same location, prohibiting pillar construction on the railway line. Currently, track laying is underway for the super corridor from Gandhi Nagar to MR-10 and the elevated corridor from Vijay Nagar to Robot Square.
