Official Language Officer, Manish Kumar Gupta. The award was presented by the Chairperson and CEO of the Railway Board, Jaya Verma Sinha. Satendra Kumar, the Principal Chief Signal and Telecom Engineer, received the award on behalf of the NCR. Notably, the NCR had received the first prize, the Railway Minister's Rajbhasha Shield, last year.
