53 at New Jalpaiguri. Officials contacted 119 passengers through their mobile numbers provided in the reservation list, confirming their safety. However, two passengers sustained minor injuries. Calls to 14 numbers resulted in unanswered rings, while 12 were switched off, and 5 were found to be incorrect numbers. This raises concerns about the well-being of these passengers. A help desk has been set up at Katihar, Kishanganj, and New Jalpaiguri stations to assist affected passengers. A special train is expected to arrive within 10 hours, with arrangements made for food, water, and medical assistance. Passengers will also be provided transportation to their homes.

241 Kishanganj mein, aur 53 New Jalpaiguri mein utarne wale the. Officers ne reservation list mein diye gaye 119 passengers ke mobile numbers par contact kiya, aur confirmed kiya ki woh safe hain. Par, do passengers ko minor injuries hui hain. 14 numbers par call lagaane par koi jawab nahi aaya, 12 numbers switched off the, aur 5 numbers wrong the. Isse concern hai ki yeh passengers safe hain ya nahi. Katihar, Kishanganj, aur New Jalpaiguri stations par affected passengers ki help ke liye help desk setup kiya gaya hai. 10 hours ke andar ek special train aane ki ummid hai, jismein food, water, aur medical assistance ke arrangements hain. Passengers ko unke ghar tak pahunchane ke liye bus ya other vehicles bhi arrange kiye jayenge.
