A special train service has been introduced for the convenience of passengers travelling to Baba Dham during the holy month of Shravan from Hazaribagh Town station. These trains will depart from Ranchi at 9:35 PM on Sundays and Tuesdays, arriving at Hazaribagh Town at 1:15 AM. They will continue to Bhagalpur, arriving at 9:47 AM. The return journey will commence from Bhagalpur at 12:20 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from Deoghar at 3:10 PM, arriving in Hazaribagh at 10:05 PM. The route for the return journey includes Bhagalpur, Deoghar, Jasidih, Madhupur, Dhanbad, Hazaribagh, Barkakana, and Ranchi. BJP leader Shefali Gupta expressed her gratitude to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for fulfilling the long-standing demand of the people of Hazaribagh to introduce this special train service. She highlighted its importance for the devotees and Kanwariyas travelling to Deoghar and Sultanganj during Shravan from Ranchi, Barkakana, Hazaribagh, and Koderma.
