According to reports, Shankar was boarding the train when he fell, and the train departed, leading to the accident. The incident was reported to the SCNL, who informed Inspector In-charge Deepak Kumar. Following the 'Mission Life Saving' initiative, Deepak Kumar notified the ambulance service and deployed Constable Anand Kumar to provide assistance.
