The shareholders allege that the bank's management and board of directors are attempting to hold elections without adhering to proper procedures, including failing to share relevant information with shareholders and exhibiting bias in the nomination process. The election process was initiated following a Kolkata High Court order on October 17, 2023, which mandated the conduct of elections within six months. However, the bank's management has been accused of overriding the court's directives by taking control of the election procedures.

challenge kiya hai. Unhone yeh alag-alag irregularities aur transparency ki kami ka dawa kiya hai. Shareholders ka kehna hai ki bank ka management aur board of directors proper procedures follow kiye bina election karane ki koshish kar rahe hain. Isme shareholders se relevant information share nahi karna aur nomination process mein bias bhi shamil hai. Kolkata High Court ke 17 October 2023 ke order ke baad election process shuru kiya gaya tha, jisme 6 months ke andar election karane ka order tha. Lekin bank ka management court ke order ko ignore karte hue election procedure ka control kar raha hai.
