The South Eastern Railway's Adra Division has announced cancellations and route changes for several trains from July 29th to August 4th due to scheduled weekly maintenance work. (Tata-Hatia) Express from July 29th to August 4th will follow a modified route, bypassing Chandil-Purulia-Koteshila-Muri and instead taking Chandil-Gunda Bihar-Muri. Trains 03594/03593 (Asansol-Purulia-Asansol) MEMU from July 29th to August 4th will be short-terminated/originated at Adra, halting service between Adra and Purulia. Train 18024/18023 (Gomo-Kharagpur-Gomo) Express on August 2nd will be short-terminated/originated at Chandrakona Road station, cancelling service between Chandrakona Road and Kharagpur. Train numbers 08174/08652 (Tata-Asansol-Barabhum) MEMU on July 29th, August 1st, and August 2nd will be short-terminated/originated at Adra, cancelling service between Adra and Purulia. Passengers are advised to check the Indian Railways website (www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in) for updated information before planning their journeys.
