On Thursday, knee-deep water accumulated in the railway underpass on Jugsalai Station Road due to heavy rainfall. the waterlogged underpass. It is reported that neither the Tatanagar Railway Engineering Department nor the Jugsalai Municipal Council has taken any steps to drain rainwater from the underpass. Local residents are bearing the brunt of this negligence. The waterlogging in the railway underpass forces commuters to take the Jugsalai market route, leading to traffic congestion. Locals have pointed out that the road on both sides of the underpass is at a higher elevation, causing water from Station Road and Tata Pigments to flow into the underpass.

School children ka auto bhi underpass ke pani mein phas gaya tha. It is reported ki na to Tatanagar Railway Engineering Department aur na hi Jugsalai Municipal Council ne underpass se rainwater drain karne ke liye koi action liya hai. Iski wajah se local residents pareshan hain. Railway underpass mein pani jama hone se commuters Jugsalai market se hoke apni destination tak jaate hain, jisse traffic jam ki problem hoti hai. Locals ne bataya ki underpass ke dono taraf ki road ऊँची है, isliye Station Road aur Tata Pigments se बहकर पानी railway underpass mein jama ho jata hai.
