Kerala: Centre Approves Request For Renaming Kochuveli, Nemom Railway Stations

Abdurahiman, actively pursued this change to increase passenger numbers and revenue, as the unfamiliar name of Kochuveli often hindered its recognition. The renaming is expected to boost the development of both stations, with Kochuveli already possessing six platforms and upcoming coach care facilities.
