The 'Amrit Bharat Station Scheme' has selected four stations in Himachal Pradesh - Bajnath-Paprola, Amb Andaura, Palampur, and Shimla - for modernization. Tenders for the development of Bajnath-Paprola and Amb Andaura stations have already been issued, encompassing upgrades to station buildings, parking facilities, platforms, waiting halls, toilets, and signage.
