The union protested the slow pace and halting of construction on the railway housing being built in Koderma. The ADRM instructed the senior divisional engineer to expedite the construction to address the shortage of quarters in Koderma. The union also stressed the need for repairs and proper electricity and filtered water supply at the quarters in Gazhandi Railway Station. A request was made to use the Divisional Apka Fund to help the cancer-stricken daughter of a pointsman, Chin Singh, working in Koderma.
