Railway Board. The project's monitoring will now be handled by the Railway Construction Department, previously overseen by the Railway Gati Shakti Department. This change is part of a nationwide move to have the Construction Department monitor the construction of world-class railway stations. The project is expected to be completed by December, coinciding with the completion of the Muzaffarpur-Valmikinagar rail line doubling project.
