Railway ka target hai ki Indore aur Dhar ke beech ka kaam March tak pura ho jaaye, jismein Tihi station se tunnel ke P-1 section tak rail line bhichane ka kaam bhi shuru ho gaya hai. Railway Sagour, Gunawad, Naugawan, Jhabua aur Pitol mein nayi railway station building aur platform bhi banwa raha hai.
