shop. The shop will be renewed within three weeks. The decision was reserved after the hearing was completed on August 30th. The petitioner, Kalavati Devi, had filed a petition in the High Court claiming the shop had been allotted to her in 1984. The lease was renewed in 2015. After a Supreme Court order, the DRM decided to allocate the shop through a tender. The case went to the High Court in 2018. A single bench instructed the DRM to take a decision within three months. The DRM, despite the petitioner's application, issued a tender for the shop again. The petitioner then filed a petition in the division bench. During the previous hearing, the division bench expressed displeasure at the DRM's failure to file a response. After multiple chances, the DRM was summoned by the court. The Senior DCM and other officials appeared in court during the previous hearing and presented documents related to the case.

Kalavati Devi ne High Court mein yaachika daakhil ki thi. Advocate Vinod Singh ne court ko bataya tha ki saal 1984 mein hi unhe Ranchi Railway Station pe shop allocate ki gayi thi. Saal 2015 tak shop ka renewal ho gaya tha. Baad mein Supreme Court ke order pe DRM ki taraf se tender jaari kar shop allocation karne ka nirnay liya gaya. Ye maamla lambit raha aur saal 2018 mein maamla High Court pahuncha. High Court ki ek single bench ne DRM ko teen mahine mein uचित निर्णय लेने का निर्देश दिया था। DRM ne inke application ko nistarit karte hue fir se shop ka tender jaari kar diya. Iske baad division bench mein yaachika daakhil ki gayi. Pichli sunwai ke doran division bench ne DRM ki taraf se jawab daakhil nahin kiye jaane par kadi naraazgi jatayi thi. Kai mauke dene par jab jawab nahi diya gaya to court ne DRM ko talab kiya. Pichli sunwai ke doran Senior DCM sahit anya adhikari court mein upasthit hue.
