Delhi-Prayagraj route, and special trains are planned to cater to devotees travelling from these areas. The Railways have also requested additional train rakes, MEMUs, three-phase MEMUs, and staff from the Railway, GRP, and RPF for the Kumbh Mela. Around 100 staff members from Kanpur will be deployed for the Kumbh Mela, and more will be added if required.
