सलैया स्टेशन में इंटरसिटी ट्रेन के ठहराव की मांग को लेकर धरना

On Saturday, a protest was held at Salaiya Station in Pachamba, Giridih, demanding the Asansol-Hatia Intercity Express to stop at the station and for Salaiya Station to be renamed as Pachamba. Kumari, and Pawan Kandhve. A memorandum was submitted to the station manager addressed to the DRM outlining the demands. Prof. Kumari stated that Pachamba is an old city with a dense population and numerous surrounding villages. While the Intercity Express passes through Salaiya Station, it does not stop, depriving thousands of people from its benefits. They demanded that the train be stopped at Salaiya Station, a demand that has persisted since its operation began. They also argued that the name Salaiya is not well-known, with the station actually being situated in Pachamba, thus advocating for its renaming. The protesters warned of a larger movement if their demands were not met. The protest was attended by several prominent BJP leaders including Vinay Kumar Singh, Tulsi Rana, Shyam Sunder Ram, Samir Deep, Amit Arya, Suresh Gupta, Shubhdeep, Sanjay Sahu, Rajesh Rajak, Kishori Sahu, Rajesh Bhavani, Gautam Soni, Mohan Tiwari, Bajrang Rana, Thakur Ravidas, Mahendra Ram Gaurav, Balram Ram, Nageshwar Ram, Narayan Sinha, Akhilesh Tiwari, and Manohar Ram.

Prof. Kumari ne kaha ki Pachamba ek purana shahar hai, jahan bohot population hai aur bahut sare gaon aas paas hain. Intercity express Salaiya station se jaati hai, lekin rukti nahi, jisse hajaro logon ko fayda nahi mil raha. Unhone demand kiya ki train ko Salaiya station par rokna chahiye, yeh demand uski operation ke time se chal rahi hai. Unhone yeh bhi kaha ki Salaiya jagah ko bahut kam log jaante hain, aur station Pachamba mein hai, isliye uska naam badal ke Pachamba kar dena chahiye. Protester ne dhamki di ki agar unki demands puri nahi hui, toh bahut bada andolan karenge. Dharna mein BJP ke kai senior leaders the, jaise ki Vinay Kumar Singh, Tulsi Rana, Shyam Sunder Ram, Samir Deep, Amit Arya, Suresh Gupta, Shubhdeep, Sanjay Sahu, Rajesh Rajak, Kishori Sahu, Rajesh Bhavani, Gautam Soni, Mohan Tiwari, Bajrang Rana, Thakur Ravidas, Mahendra Ram Gaurav, Balram Ram, Nageshwar Ram, Narayan Sinha, Akhilesh Tiwari, aur Manohar Ram.
