Isse Katihar base ke running staff ka BOS kam hoga aur unka astitva khatre mein rahega. Rupesh Kumar ne prabandhan ke samne Katihar Mandal mein avasthit jarjar aavas ki sthiti evam sabhi rail phatkon mein bijli evam shudh peyajal ki vyavastha karwane ki bhi maang rakhi. Saath-saath Kumarganj se Malda tak ke phatkon mein shudh peyajal evam railway aavas ki jaldi se jaldi marammat karwane ki maang bhi rakhi.
