For ticketing, travelers are encouraged to utilize the UTS app, which can be downloaded from the Play Store. It allows for the purchase of general tickets for any station with a three-hour travel limit and provides access to ordinary, mail/express, and superfast tickets. It also offers season tickets, platform tickets, and login with both a password and OTP. To obtain tickets at the station, scan the QR code provided and use the 'QR Booking' option.
