and is also scheduled to visit a Ganesh Mandal during Ganesh Utsav. He was accompanied by General Manager of Central Railway, Dharamvir Meena, and other senior officials. Vaishnaw had previously taken a local train journey in February 2022 during an inspection of two additional railway lines between Thane and Diva stations. He had even enjoyed ‘Vada Pav’ at a roadside restaurant during that journey. Social media users reacted to Vaishnaw's journey, with some praising the minister for taking the local train and others criticizing the condition of the trains and the treatment of passengers.
