Howrah-Mumbai main line. The debris from the Howrah-Mumbai Mail and goods train was cleared, and the tracks repaired. Services were restored on all three lines by 4:03 PM on Thursday. Railway staff and officers remained at the accident site. Train operations resumed on the third line at 8:50 PM on Wednesday, with a goods train followed by the Howrah-Mumbai Gitanjali Express. The up line, which suffered the most damage, was repaired by 4:02 AM on Thursday. A goods train and the Howrah-Ahmedabad Express were passed through. The down line was repaired and opened to traffic at 4:03 PM, 12 hours later. Railway staff expressed joy and relief at the restoration of services. Despite intermittent rain throughout Thursday, railway staff worked tirelessly to restore operations, showcasing their dedication.

Guruvaar shaam 4:03 baje, teeno line par parichalan normal ho gaya. Rail karmi aur adhikari abhi bhi haadse waali jagah par maujood hain. Budhvaar raat 8:50 baje, third line par train operation normal hua. Pehle goods train aur fir Howrah-Mumbai Gitanjali Express ko third line se gujara gaya. Upar wali line ko sabse zyada nuksan hua tha. Guruvaar subah 4:02 baje, upar wali line ko durust karke haadse wali jagah se maal gaadi ko gujara gaya. Uske baad, Howrah-Ahmedabad Express ko 4:27 baje upar wali line se gujara gaya. Upar wali line chaloo hone ke baad, rail karmi niche wali line ki marammat mein laage hue the. Niche wali line ko 4:03 baje durust karke chaloo kar diya gaya. Teeno line par train parichalan shuru hote hi rail karmi aur adhikario ke chehre par safalta ki muskaan dikhi. Guruvaar ko kharasaan-barabambo kshetra mein din bhar ruk-ruk kar barish hoti rahi. Iske bawajood bhi, rail karmi apne kaam se nahin dige. Rail karmi barish mein bhiggte hue bhi railway track par kaam karte rahe.
