TCs ki performance individual basis pe evaluate ki jaayegi, aur high achievers ko reward milega, aur jo target nahin achieve karenge unpe penalty lagegi. Administration ko lagta hai ki isse performance improve hogi, lekin TCs upset hai, unko lagta hai ki target unreasonable hai aur isse unpe pressure badhega. Ye action aise waqt pe aaya hai jab ticketless travel penalties kam ho gaye hain, kyunki railway ne waitlisted ticket holders ko long-distance trains mein travel karne se mana kar diya hai.
