to the previous FY (2023-24), this represents an increase of 18.85% in revenue earnings and 14.53% in detected cases. Over the entire period of April 2023 to March 2024, 793,170 ticketless/irregular ticket passengers were detected, resulting in over Rs. 66.27 crore in fare and penalties. Passengers who travel without a valid ticket or exceed their authorized distance face excess charges and potential prosecution under the Railways Act of 1989. N.F. Railway encourages passengers to purchase tickets through the Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS) mobile application for ease of travel.

April 2023 se March 2024 tak, 793,170 ticketless/irregular ticket passengers detect hue, aur in se 66.27 crore se zyada fare aur penalties collect hue. Agar koi passenger bina ticket ke travel karta hai ya apni authorized distance se zyada travel karta hai, to us par excess charges lag sakte hain aur Railways Act of 1989 ke tahat prosecution bhi ho sakta hai. N.F. Railway passengers ko Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS) mobile application se tickets purchase karne ko encourage karta hai.
