are currently finalizing the train names, which will require approval from the Prayagraj Division, the Zonal Headquarters, and the Railway Board. This is expected to reduce the burden on Kanpur Central Station, mitigating delays. The Central Station currently handles 270-280 trains daily, including 40-50 freight trains, and additional special trains during festivals or summer vacations. This high volume of trains has led to increased pressure on the Central Station, prompting the current upgradation plans. The Central Station is undergoing a 700 crore INR remodeling project to introduce airport-like facilities. Meanwhile, the Anwarganj, Govindpuri, and Panaki Dham stations are being equipped with enhanced passenger safety and amenities, including modern waiting rooms, lounges, parking facilities, restrooms, office expansions, and parks. The project also aims to improve water supply facilities on trains.

Railway ki taraf se trains ke naam par manthan chal raha hai, jiski swikriti Prayagraj Mandal, Zonal Headquarter office ke baad Railway Board se milegi. Isse Central station se trains ka dabaav kam hoga aur bevajah late nahin hongi. Central station se Delhi, Howrah, Jhansi, Lucknow, Banda route ki trains chal rahi hain. Ek din mein 270-280 ke aaspaas trains ka sanchalan kiya ja raha hai, jismein 40 se 50 maalgadi bhi shamil hain. Tyohar ya garmi ki chuttiyon mein ek darjan se zyada jodi special trains bhi chalai jati hain. Busy route hone ki wajah se Central par dabaav badhta ja raha hai, jisko kam karne ka pehle plan banaya gaya tha. Central station ke remodeling ka kaam shuru ho gaya hai. Yaha kareeb 700 crore se airport jaisi suvidhaon ko vikasit kiya ja raha hai.
