Report (DPR) mein project ke scope ko bataya gaya hai, jisme elevated aur underground sections bhi shamil hai. Last station airport ke paas Ground Transport Center (GTC) mein hoga. Project ka aim regional transport efficiency improve karna, traffic congestion ko kam karna, carbon emissions ko kam karna, aur public transport ko promote karna hai, jo region ki life quality ko overall improve karega.
