has begun at Girish Park and Maidan stations. The project aims to replace 35 km of third rail over the next two years. This upgrade will improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and decrease carbon emissions by 50,000 tons over the lifetime of the aluminum third rail. The aluminum third rail requires less maintenance, is more stable, and generates less heat in the tunnels. The work is being done during the night to avoid disrupting regular service.

Park aur Maidan stations pe installation shuru ho gaya hai. Is project ka aim agle do saal me 35 km third rail ko replace karna hai. Is upgrade se efficiency badhegi, operational cost kam hoga, aur aluminium third rail ki lifetime me 50,000 ton carbon emission kam hoga. Aluminium third rail ko kam maintenance ki jarurat hai, yeh zyada stable hai, aur tunnel me kam garmi produce karta hai. Yeh kaam raat me kiya ja raha hai taki regular service pe koi asar na pade.
